i like this little case because it looks good and not tacky (like a ton of them on the market) and can adapt to fit most cards.

the only downfall is that the cards can come loose if jarred and SIM cards can fallout (however, you can fix this by taking the adapter 2 and flipping it around so the sim card goes on the metal and the adapter 2 is sealed over it.. )
